Four Points by Sheraton Cleveland Airport

The room was clean, and the bed, sheets, and pillows were extremely comfortable. Customer service was the best around, and my family will stay again at the next chance we get. They're doing construction to improve the place. Be sure to book directly with the hotel instead of through a third-party site. The hotel itself is honest and helpful, which I can't say about a Google-provided third party.

The room was a real highlight, especially the huge high bed, soft pillows, thick down comforter, and big-screen TV. I also loved how clean everything was. The oversized shower had dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, and they all smelled great. Staff were warm, kind, and helpful, even the maintenance man I passed in the lobby. There’s an indoor pool and a fantastic bar. I didn’t get to try the restaurant. It’s a good spot near the airport, restaurants, and shopping, and I’d happily recommend staying here.

Check-in felt awkward because the clerk didn’t say a word to us. Around the building, there was visible cosmetic damage, dirty, smoky-smelling hallways, and our room hadn’t been vacuumed. The shower had mold and no soap dispenser. Two of the three elevators were out, along with other services or amenities. There were also pieces of shattered car glass in the parking space beside the rear entrance. The hotel felt dingy and poorly maintained.

The room had dust bunnies, cobwebs, long black hairs in several spots in the bathroom, and peeling wallpaper, so cleanliness was questionable. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. But a lot wasn’t working: the ice machines, the pool, and two of the three elevators. The TV remote didn’t work either. Maintenance came quickly and changed the batteries, but that didn’t fix it. They said the owners had upgraded the TVs without replacing the remotes, and they didn’t have spares because this happened so often.
