Hotel Cleveland, Autograph Collection

The building is gorgeous and insta-friendly, and the whole place has a great vibe. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the bar and restaurants felt chic. It’s truly one of the best properties in Cleveland. We came to Hotel Cleveland Autograph Collection to celebrate my birthday and our mini moon, and it was a perfect place for the weekend. Sunny Miloshev went out of his way from the start to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. His attention to detail and genuine care turned a great trip into an unforgettable one, and made us want to return. Thank you to Robert, Jeff, and the whole team as well. Every interaction was professional, warm, and thoughtful. Robert took time to recommend restaurants and things to do, and helped us figure out our way around. You could feel how much pride the team takes in giving guests a great experience. We’re grateful to everyone who made the weekend so wonderful, and can’t wait to come back.

The room alone was unlike anything we’d had at a hotel. We were a family of five and got a huge space with a dining table, living room, separate bedroom with two large beds, and a big marble-tiled bathroom. There were great city views from several angles. Check-in was quick, and they gave us free full-size water bottles whenever we asked. Valet was a nice addition, too. We picked the place after seeing the online photos. It looked like our kind of hotel, close to places we planned to visit, with a restaurant inside and enough room for all five of us. The attached casino was a bonus since we like a night out. The building, sign, and lights looked impressive and nostalgic when we arrived. Breakfast had great choices, and they played post-modern jukebox music the whole time. We had a great view when we got a seat by the big window. The bar and restaurant at night were good too, with plenty of food options, good service, and enough space for us to hang out on couches and comfy chairs, play cards, and eat without feeling rushed. We came from Chicago for the weekend, and honestly, this hotel made the whole trip. I’d go back to Cleveland just for the hotel experience. One evening at the restaurant, my 8-year-old lost a tooth. A server heard about it and brought him ice cream and $5 from her own pocket, beating the tooth fairy to it. I’ve never had a restaurant server give us a tip before, lol. Great place and great people!

The team were friendly, smiling, and accommodating throughout, from the front desk to the breakfast staff. I wasn’t happy with my first room, but they listened and offered several alternatives until I found one that worked well for my long stay. They paid attention to smaller things too. The breakfast area felt cold to me, so they brought over a small heater, which made it easier to enjoy breakfast, especially on mornings when I was working and staying longer. You can feel the care across all departments. Thanks for such a wonderful stay.

The bed was really comfortable, and the rooms are modern and updated. The hotel’s architecture and decor are incredible, with a historic atmosphere in the lobby and restaurant/bar. The main restaurant menu looked impressive, and the food was very tasty. Service was impeccable. My server Johnathon was personable, attentive, and professional. I had a very pleasant stay and look forward to coming back.
