Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Tower

The food was excellent all week, and the spacious, clean, comfortable rooms had good amenities. I spent a full week at Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Tower, including training sessions in the event and reception rooms, and everything was organized very well. My only small gripes were the tub that had been converted to a shower instead of a proper walk-in, and the lack of slippers in the room. I’m not sure whether slippers are common in US hotels. It was a pleasant, professional stay, and I’d return.

Tanisha checked us in, got us into the M club, and explained the hotel efficiently. She was lovely and friendly. The M club was a real perk, with snacks, breakfast, and hors d’œuvres. I liked the variety of kettle chips, and the chocolate covered peanuts were a big hit for me. The room was clean and well kept, though a little older, and we had a decent view of the football stadium. The bar and barber shop have good vibes, and the hotel is easy to find your way around by looking up for the key. Definitely recommend.

Our king suite with a fireplace was big and really relaxing, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Front desk service was outstanding. I think the night attendant was named Gerald, and he was extremely nice and informative. During the day, Rich helped fix two small issues and was excellent too. I’d highly recommend this hotel and would stay here every time.

Melanie and the whole Marriott team made our daughter’s wedding reception at the Marriott Key Center lovely. Cal, Kathleen, Courtney, DJ, Matt, Mary, and everyone else we met were friendly, helpful, professional, and wonderful to work with. Their attention to detail and how smoothly everything came together made the evening unforgettable. We’re so grateful for the care they put into it. ✨💛
