ROOST Cleveland

I stopped by Roost on Saturday while in town to see if I could tour a room for a future Cleveland stay. I hadn't made an appointment, so it was understandable that I couldn't. But the trip wasn't wasted. The front desk concierge Tajay was hospitable and great with customers, and her sales skills have me excited to stay at Roost without seeing an apartment first. Hearing her explain the amenities and room options with such enthusiasm, you can tell she loves her job and represents the brand proudly.

The building had a power outage during our visit, leaving the hallways and parking garage dark and the elevators out of service, so we had to take the stairs. Everything inside the apartment still worked, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. The manager kindly refunded all of our stay and parking because of the trouble. We were very happy with our stay at Roost: the apartment was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed, and offered a nice city view. We'd definitely come back.

We had a spacious room with everything we'd need for a longer stay, even though we were only there overnight. We really enjoyed the visit and will stay again if we're in Cleveland for another event. Go Cavs! What a great win last night.

Roost Cleveland is our go-to for our annual visit to Cleveland. Check-in is easy, and the spacious, modernized rooms have clean bathrooms and plenty of room to entertain guests. The kitchen has dishes, utensils, and glasses for a longer stay. The building feels safe, and the women at the front desk greet you when you arrive and wish you well as you leave. Right in the heart of downtown, it's easy to get to plenty of restaurants.
