The room was very clean, and the smart TV worked well. The person who checked me in was professional and answered all my questions, and the service was good. The internet kept cutting out, though, and the A/C was noisy at night and didn’t work very well. There was a strange smell in the room, and the tub was in bad shape. I’d recommend the food next door. I think the motel is a little overpriced, but it wasn’t bad overall.

The party next door went on at 3:00 a.m. with loud music, and the night staff were awful. I was also charged a cat fee I hadn’t been told about. When I booked, they only said “pets welcome.” The place was filthy, old, smelly, and damaged. I can’t see how it has so many great reviews. They must be fake. This was a really bad hotel, the worst I can imagine.

I could hear people talking in the room next to my bed and both neighbors’ TVs through the paper-thin walls and doors. Some rooms down the hall had music blaring, loud TVs, or loud conversations. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean, but this is an older hotel and I think it’s about a third overpriced for what it is.

The Wi-Fi was unstable now and then. Otherwise, things were as expected. The rooms were clean and comfortable, housekeeping was reliable, and the staff were helpful.

There was so much chlorine in the pool that it burned my whole family’s eyes and skin.
