Baymont by Wyndham Clinton

We came for a little break from home and had been looking forward to the pool, but it was closed. The fitness room looked closed too, so I think the website needs updating. Aside from that, our trip has been great so far, with good service and nice rooms for the price.

We felt safe, and the staff were top notch, friendly, and accommodating with our large family and several young kids. For the price, it was good enough value, and I'd probably stay again if I needed a night in the area. The building itself has a lot of issues. There was a constant drip in the hall, the fitness center is being removed, and the bathroom vent didn't work, so showers made the whole room humid. In October the air conditioning could still cool the room adequately. The sheets were stained and frayed. I'd give the hotel itself about two stars, but the service earned the four.

Tori at the front desk made us feel so welcome, and the staff were really helpful. It was a quiet stay, with a very clean room. The location worked great too, with places to eat and anything else we needed just minutes away. I’d recommend it and would stay again when I’m in the area.

I found bed bugs and checked out right away, but they never refunded me. There were lots of mattresses in the pool area, so take a look when you walk by. After finding the bugs, I wondered if they were spraying and leaving them there.
