We've booked here twice and would do it again. It's quiet and clean, just minutes from places to eat. Breakfast was enjoyable, with waffles and pancakes, eggs, omelets, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy. There were chocolate or blueberry muffins, bagels with strawberry cream cheese, plain toast, and some sweet cinnamon Rolla. You could also choose cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, milk, chocolate milk, or fresh ground coffee from the automatic brewer. Plenty of creamer, sugar, and sweetner. Great job, Holiday Inn Express Hotel, Clovis, NM.

I stay here all the time for work. The staff at the front and the service are always exceptional, and they clean the rooms very well every day. Breakfast is delicious too, especially the fresh biscuits and gravy and eggs each morning.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We found a disgusting pillow soaked in blood in our room and told the front desk. Instead of helping, they blamed us and said we wouldn't get our security deposit back. The owner supposedly wanted a DNA test on my husband and me to prove it was our blood. We said go ahead, it wasn't ours. All we wanted was at least a partial refund and our deposit returned, but they wouldn't do anything. Police came and said to call corporate, since it was a civil matter. The manager smirked and laughed at us the whole time. Completely unprofessional. We'll never stay here again.

Slow, unreliable Wi-Fi was the one real downside. Otherwise, we had a good stay, with friendly, helpful staff throughout and a solid breakfast with lots of options. I'd stay again.

The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. It seems like the place was recently built or renovated, and it's in what seemed to be a safe neighborhood with lots of nearby restaurants. Complimentary breakfast was available and very good.
