The pool was fun, and we found plenty to eat nearby. The restaurant across the street was really good, and some interesting historic attractions were an easy walk away. Our room and the hotel were decent, nothing fancy but perfectly fine for a weekend away. The awkward part was check-in: the clerk spent most of the weekend creeping on my girlfriend and barely tried to hide it. She didn't feel threatened, just creeped out. It wasn't a huge deal, but it was uncomfortable.

The staff were great and the hotel is in a decent spot, but I wouldn't count on clean pillowcases. I cut my head during my stay and got blood on one. When I checked into the same room again two days later because I'd booked a room with a jet tub, that same pillowcase was still there. There was also a smoke smell between stays. I can't say for sure about the sheets, but bring your own pillow and sheets.

The bed was comfortable, and the towels and linens were in good shape. The dining room was clean, though the food was standard. We picked this place because it was convenient for a family event. When we turned on the shower, plumbing leaked through the ceiling. I reported it and they noted the problem, but didn't offer a discount or anything.

Cooper really helped us out when we couldn't find a room. He took the time to work with us and managed to get one, and he was pleasant and very helpful. The other employees we spoke with were nice too. We slept comfortably, with beds that were neither too hard nor too soft. We'll stay there again when we're back in Coffeyville.

I enjoyed my stay, and the staff were supportive. They offered upgrades and recognized my diamond member status, which I really appreciated. Keep up the good work, guys.
