The guest rooms were clean and the internet was good, but I left disappointed with the rest of the stay in January 2026. Getting into the room took about 10 key card swipes every time. The fitness room was dirty and smelled moldy, and the guest laundry area was dirty with trash around. The front desk attendant, Jack?, came across as unfriendly, almost rude. For what we got, this felt like a $70-a-night motel including taxes at most. With a lower price I'd have expected less, and rated it a little better. If I had the choice again, I'd pay a bit more for the Holiday Inn next door.

Jack made the visit a great experience, and the customer service was outstanding, well beyond what I expected. The rooms were fantastic and breakfast was delicious. If you're coming to Coffeyville, you won't be disappointed here. We'll stay here every time we visit. Thanks, Jack!

We only ended up here because the other pet-friendly hotel was full. The bed was clean, but that was the only good part. The shower tub and floors were dirty, there were dead bugs, and outside was messy, with trash piled on a table. The back door wouldn't close at all. Breakfast was cold, too. The front desk music was so loud I could hear it through my earbuds while playing my own music. It went until 10 p.m., then started up again at 6 in the morning. Honestly, you'd be better off driving through the night than staying here.

The room felt fresh and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. For a two-star price, it felt like a five-star room. The hotel also looked clean and inviting when I walked in. Keep up the great work!

Breakfast was good every time, with plenty to eat. Jack was incredibly courteous and accommodating. If you're around the coffeyville area, give them a call and book!
