I was traveling for work and felt really comfortable here. The gym, pool, and hot tub impressed me, and breakfast was good too. The staff were friendly, smiling, and very professional. The place had a beautiful atmosphere and was very clean. I’ll come back.

Housekeeping was really good, and my room got cleaned every day. The front desk staff were courteous too. I was here for work and found the place okay. It wouldn't be my first choice, but there wasn't much nearby.

The only thing going for it is that it's dog friendly. The rooms were awful: our second room was bad, and the first was even worse. I ended up buying cleaning supplies and cleaning it myself. The first-floor vinyl floor was sticky enough to turn my socks black. There was dust caked on the curtains, bugs on the ceiling, a strange stain on the chair, and a smell like nothing had been cleaned since the 90s. If you've got allergies or asthma, this isn't the place for you. It might be the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in 🤢.

I found a live bed bug on me after a few nights here, and I was horrified. I called to report it, but the hotel didn't seem to care or be surprised. This area has limited hotel options, but stay at your own risk. The room smelled moldy, and the linens looked worn and dirty. Absolutely disgusting. I wish I could leave a negative Google review.

Mukhtar's service was above and beyond, but I wasn't impressed with the hotel itself. The room was hot even with the A/C set to 68, and the shower squealed the whole time. They should invest in new mattress covers, too. We had three adults and two kids, but were left with only three towel sets, four coffee pods, two decaf, and just one and a half rolls of toilet paper. I know I could call for more, but that's inconvenient. At $189 a night, the room should be stocked for the number of people booked. If you're in the area, look into the other hotels as well.
