A housekeeper overheard my complaint and came by to clean what she could, which was the only thing that made me feel a little better. The service otherwise was awful. On one stay, there was dried blood in the bathroom and on the carpet, the upper safety lock was broken, and the ceiling looked like it was separating from the roof. They said there were no other rooms and I’d have to wait until morning. The room looked clean at first, but the bedding had burn marks when I looked closer. If you’re short on cash and just need somewhere to sleep, I’d still look elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The neighborhood felt really sketchy, and light and wind came through all around the room door. The app quoted one price, but the actual charge was higher. My travel app tricked me into booking here twice, and both stays were bad. At least I didn’t get bed bugs, I guess.

I couldn’t wait to leave. The room smelled odd, felt grimy, and I wouldn’t have walked barefoot on the floor. The mattress was thin, lumpy, and had no support, and the blanket looked old. We only stayed because we checked in late and every other hotel was booked. Otherwise I would’ve asked for a refund and left. The so-called continental breakfast was just white bread, croissants, coffee, and orange juice in a tiny office that smelled like curry when I checked in. The $90 wasn’t worth it, and I wouldn’t recommend this place. I called afterward to complain and ask about compensation, but never got a call or email. The manager’s generic response was disappointing, and I’ll think twice before staying at any of their hotels again. We left because I didn’t feel safe or clean there. The window wouldn’t lock, and while I was walking along the breezeway, workers were welding right at my feet with sparks flying everywhere. I was scared to stay the rest of the night.
