Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Atlanta Airport

We stood by the airport waiting for the shuttle for half an hour, called and got no answer, then heard from another driver that it would be another 15-20 minutes. After waiting, we called again and were told shuttles didn’t start until 6am. We waited another half hour, only to be told they weren’t running shuttles that morning. We ended up getting an Uber to our car. Don’t waste your time with this place. It’s a total dump. One restroom stall had been out of order for over two weeks, and there wasn’t even anyone at the front desk. Save your money and find another parking provider. I’d give a negative rating if I could.

I’d give this minus stars if I could. The rooms are dated and grotty, and the staff are rude. I prepaid for a room with breakfast, only to be told they didn’t provide breakfast. Then they charged me again for the room and denied doing so, although the transaction appears on my statement. Customer service is nonexistent. The two staff members I dealt with were sullen and unwelcoming. When I called about the duplicate, fraudulent charge, the woman talked over me and hung up. Avoid this hotel. It’s the worst I’ve come across in 30 years of traveling in the US.

The pickup took 45 minutes even though the hotel is barely 10 minutes from the airport. The parking lots were filthy, and the front desk staff were consistently rude. The entire operation felt far below a reasonable standard. There was no courtesy, efficiency, or basic professionalism. Completely unacceptable, and I won’t be back.

There wasn’t a shower curtain, and there was only one towel for four people. When I asked for more, I got attitude. The room clearly hadn’t been cleaned: pee on the toilet seat, food on the counters, trash under the sink and on the floor, and old moldy water in the ice bucket. My son also found an opened, full beer under the bed. The hallways smelled moldy, the baseboards were coming off, and the whole place smelled musty and old as soon as we walked in. The front counter woman was rude when my daughter asked if there was a pool. She snapped, “Absolutely NO amenities! Got it?” There was a note saying the elevator had been newly installed, but it looked old and ready to fall apart. Avoid at all costs.
