Molly at the front desk was so accommodating and helpful, and really friendly too. She made our stay much more pleasant!

When we arrived, the bathtub was running and dirty. We’d used self check-in. Then, from our room on the third floor, we heard doors slamming over and over. It was 11:30 pm, we were exhausted, and the noise kept going for almost two hours. A sports team was staying on the same floor, but that didn’t make it acceptable. The next morning we were trying to rest until checkout. Housekeeping knocked to turn over the room before checkout, even though we hadn’t checked out ourselves. We told them we were still there. An hour later, while we were changing clothes and still had more than an hour before checkout, they opened the door anyway. I was furious. There should be a system to let housekeeping know when rooms are actually ready to clean. The lack of professionalism made this a terrible stay for my family. I strongly suggest finding another place.

Easy to reach from near the highway, with clean rooms that don’t smell and great service. This is what I expect from a quality hotel.

The elevator was out of order, but they put us on the third floor and wouldn’t offer a refund. This isn’t Hilton standards, more like Hotel 6.
