Hotel McCoy College Station - Art, Libations, Pool Society

We checked out this morning and wished we could have stayed longer. The kids had fun playing even though it was super cold, and I slept great. The decor is the best, the rooms were clean, and the beds were awesome. I've never stayed in a hotel with TVs that big. Adults got a complimentary drink, and the kids got ice cream. The whole place made me HAPPY!!!!! We love it and will book again if we're back in College Station next year. Thank you. 💙🩵💜

When we come for A&M games, this is our go-to in College Station. I've also stayed here several times while my dog Wonder gets care at Texas A&M's veterinary hospital, and having a pet-friendly place has been a real comfort when she's sick and things are stressful. The staff are thoughtful and friendly. They send checkout reminders by text and give drink coupons at check-in, which helps when you're exhausted and worried. The rooms have a lot of personality, with mid-century modern and retro touches, games, and details that make it feel like staying at a stylish friend's place. There's a comfortable king bed, big flat-screen TV, microwave, mini fridge, great lighting, plenty of towels, and a roomy tiled walk-in shower. Comfortable, convenient, and consistently charming.

I love the motel-style setup: you can park by the room and enter from there, or use the other door into the inner courtyard. Both doors use a code instead of a key card, which is much more practical when cards can get lost or demagnetized. The room was spotless, with a comfortable shower, high-quality toiletries, clean bedding, soft pillows and a very comfortable bed. I slept really well. The hotel has such a warm, friendly atmosphere, and there's art and interesting details everywhere. The courtyard is beautiful and special, and the interior feels unique too. Rooms are cozy and carefully designed, down to the details, with the biggest TV I've seen on a hotel wall. The front desk becomes a bar in the evening and a breakfast area in the morning. There are lots of snacks and drinks, and breakfast is clean, varied, and set up with plenty of food choices and toppings for different tastes. There are games for kids indoors and out, plus board games, coloring books and markers. The team has put a lot of care into making it welcoming for children. At check-in, each adult gets a complimentary drink and kids get free coloring activities. There's so much to enjoy that you could spend the whole day there without leaving. I had only positive impressions. Huge thanks to the owner for such a thoughtful, guest-focused place. I highly recommend staying here.

The location made it easy to get around town, and their in-house drinks were absolutely to die for. The oatmeal bar saved my life the next morning, shout out chase. My girlfriends and I needed somewhere last minute while visiting College Station to celebrate some graduates, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The place was so cute, the staff incredibly kind, and Joanna and Grace made it even more fun. A 10 out of 10. We'd absolutely stay again.
