They were so kind and helpful with airport rides. They picked me up from Fairbanks International Airport at 7:40 a.m. and drove me back at 8 p.m. on departure day. The hotel is fairly close to the airport, but that service is very convenient with luggage, especially in winter. Breakfast was satisfying too, with bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, and other items regularly replenished. Even when it was too cold to go outside, I wasn't inconvenienced. The bathroom drainage was the problem. In Room 226, shower water wouldn't drain properly and collected in the tub. I tried adjusting the stopper and doing what I could to get it flowing, but it didn't help much. It was the first time I'd ever cleaned a hotel drain myself. Maybe the facilities are aging. I hope it's fixed before my next stay.

The rooms were clean but pretty small, and the walls were thin enough that we could hear our neighbors clearly. The beds were comfortable, on the soft side, and the bathrooms were good. Service was really nice, everyone was welcoming, and the two people who drove us to the airport drove very safely. We also got a ride from AMD to the airport, which was amazing. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but I enjoyed it and it kept me full through the morning. The location was handy too, a quick walk to Fred myers, Safeway, and some restaurants. Good if you don't want to rent a car. Glad we stayed here!

The manager made us feel so welcome over Christmas 2025, and even took time to share local tips and information about seeing the aurora. It made the stay feel peaceful. The room is simple, but it had the basics we needed to be comfortable, including a microwave, refrigerator, and heat.

The owner really knows how to make people feel at home. There’s a good selection at the free continental breakfast, free shuttles, and lots of space in the rooms. I’m glad we stayed here.

It was -20° when we arrived in Fairbanks, so stepping into a warm room felt great. The room was clean, and the sheets were crisp, soft, and wonderfully clean. A woman at the airport car rental had praised the owners, and she was right. The woman at the front desk was really helpful and nice, too. I also liked being so close to Fred Myers and a really good coffee shop.
