There are a few bread items for making toast at breakfast, and plenty of restaurants nearby. I paid under $92 including taxes for a quiet, clean place to get off the road and sleep before heading out again. The pool looked like it hadn’t been used in a long time. I just need somewhere clean and quiet to stay, and this did the job.

The staff were very nice, I liked the location, and the wide doors meant I could use my wheelchair in the halls and room. They also have a cool automatic door opener. The wait of 27 minutes was okay, and Walmart is less than two miles away. They’re getting rid of the continental breakfast, so bring food or snacks. The room was just okay. There’s no safe way to get into the shower without risking a fall, and I fell and cut myself. I also cut myself trying to walk on the bare floor, which has no carpet. A shower chair or accessible bench costs $50 or less and would help a lot. I’d recommend it if they get shower chairs or slide seats; for my followers, it’s a go, but not for ADA compliance. The falls and cuts are why my review isn’t better. I’ll come back in two weeks to see if they’ve made any changes. FYI, bring your own.

I believe management, especially Billy, handled things in a discriminatory and unprofessional way. As a woman of color, I didn’t feel respected or treated fairly. My deposit wasn’t returned, and I was given accusations that I believe were false and misleading. The whole experience felt unfair, unsafe, and poorly managed. I was told someone named Julia had contacted the police, which I later learned wasn’t true. These concerns should be taken seriously and investigated. I won’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

We stayed three days and didn’t get any sleep. The hotel was remodeling, but they hadn’t mentioned it on the website when I booked. Workers on the second and third floors were stomping around all night, walking the halls, talking loudly, and playing music. The pool and jacuzzi were closed too. When I asked the night shift woman to move us or get the workers to be quieter, she was rude.
