The only nuisance was that both suites I stayed in were beside the storage room, so I kept hearing its door open and close through the day and evening. Otherwise, it's a great hotel, and I'd definitely return. Both rooms were clean, had lovely mountain views, and breakfast was hot and fresh.

The room was filthy, with black specks on the beds, used gloves on the table, a used washcloth in the tub, and blood on a pillow. I called downstairs and was told I'd have to come get fresh linens and make the bed myself. When I went down and showed the man what was wrong, all he said was that he couldn't help. They said there was no other room because they were full, although I saw only about 10 cars in the lot, so I don't believe the hotel was full. They offered no compensation. I didn't risk eating breakfast with my family because I couldn't tell how clean the utensils used to prepare the food were. Worst experience ever. I should've gone to the Motel 6 across the street. DON'T GO HERE!

We planned to stay just one night, but this was the worst hotel I've ever been to. A guy outside looked like he was on drugs when we arrived. That wasn't the hotel's fault, so I didn't think much of it. In the room, though, there were black specks on the bed, latex gloves on the nightstand, a thoroughly soaked and used washcloth in the tub, and hair all over a towel that was supposed to be clean. We called downstairs asking for new sheets, and they told us to come get them. The man didn't seem to care and said he couldn't do anything. The room felt only half-cleaned, and they showed no concern for guests. If you come here, check everything.

Breakfast had lots of choices, and I ended up having a nice conversation with four senior citizens while I ate. I was here for a work weekend, and the room was quiet with a very comfortable bed, just what I needed after long days of driving and work. The room was clean and already cool when I opened the door, thanks to the AC being on. The front desk gave me great service from the minute I arrived. I'll definitely stay here again.
