Getting around Colorado Springs was easy from here, since the hotel sits pretty much in the middle of the area and the rest of the city isn't far away. The staff were friendly all over the property, and housekeeping came by every day, which I hadn't expected. Everyone was smiling, so I can only assume it's a great place to work. Can't say enough, I'll stay here again when I'm passing through. No-brainer, people!

Everyone here was really nice. I left my iPad in the room by mistake, and the staff contacted me about it. I sent them a USPS label, and they mailed it back. They really went the extra mile.

The staff were all great, and our room was clean and nice. We really enjoyed our stay. There's a swimming pool, sauna, and free breakfast too. It was awesome.

We booked two nights but left after just one because the room was dirty, there was no hot water, and there were bugs. The building looked like it was falling apart, and the price was far too high for such poor quality. The surrounding area is rundown, and management is refusing to refund us. This place is a scam. Don't stay here!

April is so kind and helpful, and always treats us with a lot of respect. We keep coming back whenever we're in Springs, and every visit has been great. The hotel is super clean and everyone is friendly. We really love staying here and plan to keep doing so! 😊😊
