The place smelled of cigarettes, weed, body odor, and urine, and it didn't feel clean or safe for a family. There was highway noise plus plenty of commotion from neighbors. We paid $200 for one night and expected much better, especially after reading reviews that were completely misleading. Ramadan should look into how this franchise is being run, because it's hurting their reputation. We'd paid extra for an upgraded king room but were put in a dirty double queen room. The toilet wouldn't stop running, lights flickered, the sinks had no stoppers, and the sheets were stained. When my husband went to ask for the room we had paid for, the front desk was extremely rude. The manager hadn't checked him in properly and acted as if getting us our original room was a favor. The shower was sticky and grimy, there was no hot water, and the shower curtain was blue while the towels were yellow. The sheets had brown stains, and the vending machines had no water.

The heat barely worked, just blowing air without getting the room warm. In February, with the weather so cold, that made an already uncomfortable stay worse. The room was extremely dirty, with stained, sticky floors and a bathroom that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Even the shower curtain was in unacceptable condition. I wouldn't stay here again.

We were there one night with our small dog, since we need pet-friendly places. The room was on the first floor, clean, and had two queen beds, a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The shower pressure was nice, and breakfast in the lobby had the usual basics like cereal, yogurt, biscuits, eggs, gravy, coffee, fruit, waffles, milk, and small danishes. I felt safe with my husband and son there, though I'm not sure I'd stay alone given some of the other guests. The people in the next room were loud and swearing in the middle of the night, which kept us from sleeping well.

After one night, I canceled the rest of my four-night booking. I was told I had to cancel before 11 the next morning, but ended up being charged $244 for canceling after the first night. The hotel is usually under $100 a night. 🤨🤨🤨 The carpet was dirty, and when I entered the room there was an odor that made me sure I wouldn't want to stay three more nights. I thought opening the window might clear it, but then the freeway noise kept me awake. Closing the window didn't help, and I was up most of the night. I'll stick to hotels I know from now on.

We had a terrible stay and won't return. The heater smelled so strongly of burning dust that it made me cough, so we couldn't use it. Luckily, the king bed had a quilt and kept us warm enough as the room got chilly overnight. The room we were moved to had the king bed, microwave, and mini fridge from our reservation, but the fridge barely cooled below room temperature and couldn't be adjusted. The shower head wouldn't pass any water. Trying its lever made the whole head spin freely, and the tub handle only controlled the spout. Large sections of baseboard tile were missing from the bathroom walls. At first, despite having preregistered online for a king room with a microwave and refrigerator, we were assigned two queens and a microwave that didn't work. Both electronic keys failed to open the door, and even a housekeeping worker struggled with her key before getting it open. Inside, black mold was coming through the paint on the ceiling above the tub. A one-inch hole halfway up the tub's sidewall let water into the gap between the tub and wall. The room reeked of mold, and after just three minutes it triggered my mold allergies. It was unlivable. When I told the front desk person who assigned it, they moved us to another room in the "business" building. I don't know why we weren't given that room to begin with.
