After a day on the road, it was such a pleasure to be able to relax here. We're on a cross-country trip, and this place has stood out from all the others. The hotel has been renovated with great attention to detail and is immaculate. Alicia at the front desk was friendly and exceptional, going out of her way to welcome us and make sure we had what we needed. Grateful.

The construction seems close to wrapping up, though the rooms may still change as renovations continue. Even with the work going on, the service has been great. Breakfast is hot and ready, and there's good coffee all day. Amel has been very helpful about keeping the room stocked and clean, which can be hard to manage during a long stay.

This was one of the worst stays I've had, and I was a weekly road warrior for 25 years. The hotel was lovely three years ago, but it's gone downhill fast. Even in a newly renovated room, there was mold in the shower and tub, broken glass in the parking lot, new appliances that didn't work and seemed like a fire hazard, a false fire alarm at 3 a.m., and overflowing hallway trash cans. The manager promised a points refund, then sent a few points that meant nothing compared with the experience. This is poor management, not a renovation issue.

Renovations are underway, as other reviews have mentioned, but that didn't stop us from having a pleasant stay. The crews kept working on the property while the services stayed available.

The staff were friendly, quick to respond, and eager to help. We spent eight days in a clean, well-furnished suite with a modern full-sized refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. A good place to stay.
