Breakfast was hot and good, with plenty of choices, including grits. The bed was comfortable, and both the room and hotel were clean. I usually find hair in the shower at hotels, but there wasn’t any here. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we’d stay again if we need to spend a night in Columbia. I forgot to take photos when we arrived, so please ignore our bags in the pictures. I took them as we were getting ready to leave.

Tiffany deserves a special thank you for making things better for our whole group. She went above and beyond and made the stay memorable. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout, and the hotel was clean and well kept. Breakfast was a highlight, with good food and lots of choices. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay, but my AirPods disappeared. I checked the room carefully before leaving, so at first I thought I might have left them there. We contacted the hotel, filled out the form, and were told none had been found. A few days later I followed up and explained that Find My showed them inside the hotel and out of their case, as if they were being used. Someone said they’d look into it and call the next day. It’s been a month and I still haven’t heard back.

Being downtown made it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and attractions, and I liked not needing the car each time I went out. The daily parking charge was the one downside. My room was spotless and well kept, with fresh linens, and the common areas were just as clean. The friendly staff were attentive and happy to answer questions or offer suggestions, which made everything feel welcoming and smooth. I’d stay here again.
