Budgetel Inn and Suites

I've been in the same room, but nobody has come by for service or anything. I have to pay to wash my own bedding. The maintenance guys take a long time to fix things, but they're quick to expect their money on time.

I rented a room for a week and was accommodated. It took a few days to get a TV, but I don't watch much TV, so that didn't bother me. There was some outside noise, though it didn't affect me, and it seems quieter when I visit now. My floor was clean when I moved in, and I cleaned before settling in too. I didn't see roaches or spiders. It wasn't bad, I kind of miss it, and I'd stay again.

I've stayed here on and off for four years. The rooms and service have always been good. Come check it out, it's the cheapest and best place to stay.

I moved in because the rates seemed manageable while I worked on my credit and tried to get my own place again. I knew it wasn't the best, but I'd strongly recommend going somewhere else. I reported that the TV was broken when I moved in, then forgot to mention it again because I barely watch TV and was focused on getting out. When I brought it up later, they acted like they had no idea and said I'd have to pay $250 for a 40 inch Onn tv. Don't play me. I was warned they'd go to drastic measures to keep the deposit, and I learned that the hard way. They try to seem professional, but the place isn't run professionally. Many people staying there are addicts and aren't trying to leave, and some resent you for trying to move up. There are a lot of sad situations there, including among much of the staff. The owner wants the money but doesn't seem to want to invest in running it better. They also choose who the rules apply to. Go somewhere else and pay a little more.
