The pool looked dated and could use a thorough cleaning, but the front desk attendant was so amazing that I’d probably stay again. He even let us swim after hours. Good stay!

The floors were dirty in both of our rooms and in the dining area downstairs. In the first room, the mirror and closet door were broken, the toilet started overflowing on its first flush, the tub surround was peeling, and the faucet was loose. We were moved just across the hall, but that room still had dirt and dust on the floor and stains on the counters and cabinets. I don’t think I’ll be murdered, at least, but after ten hours on the road I was super disappointed. We won’t stay again. Both rooms smelled clearly of weed, even though we were on a non-smoking floor. The front desk was only marginally helpful.

Management treated me in a way that felt unprofessional, dismissive, and racially biased. Rather than respond respectfully to my concerns, their tone, lack of accountability, and unwillingness to help made things worse. No guest should feel uncomfortable, unheard, or disrespected by management. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially to people of color, until management gets proper training in professionalism, respect, and non-discrimination.

The room was fine, and the shower had good pressure. The tub wasn’t draining, but staff sent someone up who cleared it quickly. Front desk staff were nice and efficient. Breakfast was okay: scrambled eggs, sausage, good potatoes, muffins, bagels, toast, waffles (though you have to wait if others are making them), several kinds of cereal, and yogurt.
