The location is the one thing this hotel has going for it. My stay was awful. Staff were rude and dismissive throughout, and seemed annoyed by ordinary requests. Basic hospitality was missing. Breakfast was dirty and poorly handled. Food wasn't refilled, the area wasn't cleaned between guests, and the silverware was visibly dirty. Then at 5 a.m. before our early flight, housekeeping had taken our bath towels and left no replacements. The front desk said there were no towels and offered a floor mat. When I asked how that could substitute for a towel, I got a condescending explanation about laundry instead of help. Only after I pushed did they offer a pool towel. I also saw staff treat several other customers rudely, as though guests were an inconvenience. A convenient location doesn't make up for this. A hotel that can't provide clean utensils, towels, or basic courtesy shouldn't be operating. Stay somewhere else.

Ms. T, the manager, was especially professional and welcoming, and made sure things ran smoothly so guests felt valued. The rest of the team were attentive and friendly from check-in through checkout. Our spacious, very clean room had a thoughtful layout and kitchenette that felt comfortable for a longer stay. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and the location made getting around easy. The service and cleanliness exceeded what I expected. I'd gladly come back and recommend it for work or family travel.

I usually rave about Home2 Suites, so this weekend with my mom was a real letdown. There was a roach in the bathroom, the worst part of a room that was clearly short on cleaning and attention to detail. We also found hair in the shower, no towels, a bathroom door that wouldn't stay closed unless we wedged a shoe against it, dusty nightstands, shoe prints on the bathroom floor, a hanger by the TV, a flipped-up sofa cushion, and straw wrappers on the counter. My mom asked if this was the hotel I was always praising. Definitely a bad first impression. I won't let one location change how I feel about the whole brand, but I won't book this Home2 Suites again.

We had a small issue at check-in, but Josh sorted it out and the rest of the stay was effortless. He represents the kind of quality I expect from Hilton. Great service, spotless rooms, and we'll absolutely return.
