The apartment itself is one I genuinely enjoy, but dealing with the leasing office has been frustrating every time. It feels like I'm bothering the staff just by asking for help, and as a resident I shouldn't have to struggle to reach management about my home or billing. For a month, my calls went unanswered despite multiple voicemails. I only got someone on the phone after repeatedly calling back to back. That lack of response became a serious problem when I was charged $300 for water, even though my usual monthly bill is around $50 and I know of no issue in my apartment. I spent weeks trying to get an explanation or assistance, with no reply, and now feel stuck paying an unusually high bill without support. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves communication and resident support.

The apartment and property are beautiful and well maintained, and maintenance seems to stay on top of the grounds. What convinced us to move forward with Albany Glen was the leasing office service. Nicole was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and made the application process easy and enjoyable. We're really happy we found Albany Glen and get to call it home.

Maintenance has been great and quick to respond, and it's a great community even with thin walls. Our experience has been good so far, except they don't treat for “grease” ants in summer even though they know it's a problem.

UPDATE: I stopped by the office at 10:00am today because my washing machine wasn't working. Melvin handled it within a few hours. Great service! We've been here more than four years and love it. The location is close to everything, the neighborhood is quiet, and we've had great neighbors. The grounds and pool are kept up well, and I appreciate the seasonal decorations. The apartment was spotless when we moved in. Office staff are stellar, especially Nicole, Seth, and Ken, who are kind, thoughtful, caring, and always ready to help. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend living here.

I'm a current resident, and I say don't move here. Rent goes up dramatically every year for no reason, they won't plow the snow or hire a better company, and there are tons of car break-ins. Save your money and go somewhere else.
