WoodSpring Suites Columbus near Fort Benning

My wife was here alone, and people kept creeping on her whenever she went outside. She got so scared she wouldn't leave the room and ended up starving herself. The hotel smelled strongly of cigarettes, had cockroaches and dirty floors, and felt unsafe and sketchy. There was no security, and the place felt like a scam. Stay far away, it's dangerous.

I've lived here for eight months, and they maintain the place pretty well. It's a modern hotel with a laundromat downstairs. If you ask for something during daytime hours, they do their best to help. Victory Drive usually isn't a great hotel area because there's a lot going on that you may not want to be around, but the staff keep an eye on the clientele and work to keep the riff Raff out. They do a good job, and feeling safe was my main concern, along with the cost. It's an efficiency setup with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, sink, bathroom, and bed, with decent, somewhat upscale amenities for the lowest price in the area. I'd recommend it.

This may be the worst hotel I've stayed in. The room had a urine smell, blood, toenails in the bathroom, and roaches. The attendant downstairs said there was nothing he could do, that it was the last room and nobody was there to clean it. I basically got duped into paying for an unsafe, unsanitary room.

Celestine was a big help, and the laundry room was clean and worked great. There are lots of long-term guests, and everyone I met was friendly. My room was very clean, and I loved having a kitchen. No issues at all. It's a great place for a few days or a longer stay, and my kids love it here. The staff and manager are warm and welcoming. 10 out 10, the best extended stay I've had, highly recommend.
