The worst part came after we checked out. My son had left an AirPod in the room, and when we called a few hours later, the hotel confirmed they'd found it. Since we live out of state and couldn't go back, they agreed to ship it. I offered to cover the postage and pay an extra fee for the person's time, but three weeks later we still had nothing. We've called twice about sending it, and I don't expect they'll get back to us to arrange payment now. The breakfast wasn't much better. The eggs and sausage were barely warm, and after waiting 15 minutes for someone to refill the waffle mix and coffee, I gave up. One customer service representative was very kind and understanding, though. Both rooms looked like they hadn't been vacuumed and had debris scattered around. In the first-floor room I moved to, hair ties were all over the place. The bathroom looked as though it hadn't been cleaned after someone showered, with dirt and hair inside and outside the tub, including hair that wasn't mine, since I have short blonde hair. The toilet looked unflushed. Both tubs dripped, soaking the bath mats, so I had to ask for replacements before I could shower. We arrived to a third-floor room, but at 6:30 p.m. there was no hot water at all. After I complained, they moved us to the first floor, closer to the water heater. That room had a little hot water, but not enough for a decent two-minute shower unless we ran the sink for several minutes at the same time. The next morning I found two dead cockroaches on the bathroom floor.

The room's TV was frustrating, since it was a flat screen without an HDMI cable and it was hard to watch any channels. The furniture and appliances were very old, and the shower and toilet were damaged. The pool water looked murky and unpleasant. There was a closed-in smell mixed with mothballs when we walked in. Hair was on the bed, pillows, sheets, towels, and face cloths. The shower curtains were torn, and mold covered parts of the bathroom. This is a horrible place for a family. Please don't waste your money here. I'm just a concerned citizen who doesn't like seeing money wasted.

The room and staff were nice, but the pool was so gross and smelled like fishy creek water. The fitness room was gross too. We were really disappointed with the stay.

We booked because of the pool, then found out it was closed for maintenance. The whole place had stains everywhere, and there isn't a bar, just a fridge behind the counter. Breakfast was powdered eggs, microwave sausage, waffles, and packaged baked goods. Nobody was at the desk when we arrived, and the room had damage from before. We couldn't shower comfortably because the hot water never got hot. People upstairs banged around and sounded like they were wrestling all night, so we got no sleep. Worst stay of my life.
