Reception was friendly, and checking in and out was quick. I’d heard about parking security concerns, so I parked right by the main entrance and left nothing visible in the car. I had no problems. The small cafe served breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the attendant was very friendly. The food was freshly made and all good. My room was quiet, clean, and had plenty of fresh towels, lots of hot water, and a comfortable bed. It showed a little age and wear, with scuffs on the paint and high-touch surfaces. I was here with two colleagues on a business trip. There was no free breakfast.

The staff were outstanding before and after my trip, and the Lynx service to and from the airport was great. It’s a decent place to spend the night before a flight, and convenient for leaving your car. The parking lot has lots of potholes. I couldn’t get the TV to work, even after staff tried two remotes, and eventually gave up because it was getting late. I’d stay again for one night.

Check-in service was great, but there are so many large potholes in the parking lot that you should drive slowly. At 4 a.m. the fire alarm went off and woke my family and me. When I went into the hallway, water was coming through the ceiling.

The hotel was fairly clean apart from the odors in the first two rooms. The front desk staff were incredibly courteous when they got me into a third room, and that won back a star. Thanks to Raja and the very kind woman from corporate who helped me find a satisfactory room well past bedtime. Fifty points to both of you. Everything else worked.

My window, along with several others, was smashed. Be careful leaving your car in the lot. The room itself was nice, though. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and there was a nice TV in both the bedroom and living room. I was only there one night, so I didn't use the kitchenette, but it looked nice.
