The rooms are really clean and neat, and the prices are reasonable. The workers are friendly, have a sense of humor, and get the job done. They’re also active about keeping people protected. There’s a nice laundry room with quality machines that work well. Thanks for the warm welcome. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it.

I’m a travel nurse and needed a place for eight weeks. I’d stayed at Extended Stay America's before and thought they were okay, so I expected this might work. The staff were nice, but that’s the only good thing I can say. My room was dirty, clearly not cleaned, and smelled awful. I went out to buy cleaning supplies and air fresheners, then spent an hour cleaning everything. After that I found the fridge barely worked, and my food was warm, so I decided to manage without it rather than switch rooms. It was always noisy because the walls are paper thin and you hear everything. The hotel is filthy and poorly maintained. I left early. Saving money wasn’t worth it, and I’d book somewhere else.

My family needed a place because of an emergency, with my fiancé and me in one room and my parents in another. A cockroach was crawling in the bathtub as soon as we got into our room. We gathered our things, reported it to the desk, and asked for another room. The replacement wasn’t any better. It smelled horrible, the carpet had lots of stains, the fridge door was filthy with rust and food stains, and the chairs were dirty and stained. There were pee stains on the toilet seat, fingernails or toenails on the floor, and some lights didn’t work. It was very late and we were exhausted from traveling, so we didn’t have the energy to ask for yet another room. We slept fully dressed, without getting under the covers or putting our heads on the pillows. Even my fiancé, who’s easygoing, wanted to leave. In the morning my parents said bugs were crawling on their wall. Our planned three-night stay became just one night, and we all checked out the next day. This place needs to be gutted.

We left without staying, but the front desk first said they couldn’t refund us. After we called customer service and heard they couldn’t do anything, the desk staff said they could process a refund. There was no manager around to discuss it. The room key didn’t work, so we had to get another set. The room had a full-size bed, not the king my husband had been promised on the phone, and it reeked of smoke. Someone in a connected room was smoking weed, and the smell was strong. We’d also been told we’d get $50 off after signing up for the rewards program, but at check-in we learned that credit would only apply to a future stay. The front desk lady was very professional, but what we were told on the phone didn’t match what the hotel offered. You get what you pay for.
