The property seemed new, and my room was very clean. I was traveling from CT for work, and the staff’s friendliness, hospitality, and efficiency made the stay an A+. I’d definitely stay here again.

We walked to dinner every night, so the location was ideal for getting around on foot. Just keep an eye on your surroundings, since there are some sketchy people nearby. Our air conditioner was loud, and although we were leaving early the next morning and didn’t want to switch rooms, two staff members did everything they could to make us comfortable. The people really make this place. Everyone was outstanding, and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. Special shout-out to Wanda. I’d recommend the hotel and would stay again.

We only stayed one night this time, but the staff made a great impression. Wanda at the front desk especially went above and beyond. Seeing her whenever I came in made it feel like coming home. Every detail at the Hampton Inn downtown Columbus was great, and we’ll definitely return.

I needed a firmer pillow, and Welton got one for me. Mrs Wanda was gracious and made a delicious breakfast. The staff were awesome, and they made our stay excellent. Thanks y’all so much!

The rooms are spacious and well appointed, and the fitness facility could hold its own against many health clubs. It’s a fairly new property in a perfect spot on Broadway. The staff were friendly and courteous. We’d definitely stay again.
