Hilton Columbus Downtown

We weren’t staying at this hotel, we were in town for the vet conference and went to happy hour at the Sparks bar. My coworker and I liked it so much that we came back the next night just to see the staff. Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to do something extra. It was the best bar experience either of us has had. We wish we lived closer so we could come more often for the service and great conversations with all the bartenders. Thanks for making us feel special.

The location made it easy to get around, and the relaxing atmosphere added to a great stay. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. Amara was especially friendly and attentive, making sure we had what we needed. FYR also has great cocktails. I’d come for a meal even if I weren’t staying at the hotel.

There were people everywhere, but I didn’t personally hear anyone complain about the hotel or its service. Lots of smiling faces. The staff set a nice tone for either relaxing or exploring, and it felt like a good place to spend time with friends and family. I especially want to recognize Tiffany and Benny for their great service.

Melissa M. at the Hilton front desk helped make our two-night stay even better. She answered all our questions confidently, offered useful suggestions, and took time to check that we were comfortable and had what we needed. She was friendly, professional, and clearly cared about our visit. She also made checkout smooth and stress-free. Her positive attitude and attention to detail are a great example of hospitality.
