We barely slept because we kept checking the parking lot, and that was the only real problem. We’d read online that car break-ins have been ongoing. There were two security guards overnight, yet one car still had its windows smashed. When we asked at the front desk where we should park, they kindly let us use the hotel drop-off area by the reception window, where several other cars were parked too. The hotel itself was clean and nice, with a good-sized gym and pool. Breakfast was well done, with eggs, bacon, hash browns, French toast, yogurt, and fresh fruit, and the breakfast room was pleasant. The location is great, with lots of restaurants nearby and a very clean neighborhood.

The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff great. Breakfast got a little chaotic because they struggled to keep things stocked and tidy. The pool wasn’t warm, but the location was great. All in all, not a bad stay.

The rooms are very nice, but that’s about where the good ends. Breakfast was poor, with slimy, undercooked hash browns. Our cars were broken into, and the hotel wouldn’t give me the video evidence of my truck being broken into. The security guards seemed like a joke: when we drove past around 11 p.m., they were asleep and only woke as we went by. The front desk warned other guests not to park at the back, but never told us. It makes me wonder if the hotel is in on it.

Ava was so sweet with our little girl, always waving to her and even giving her an apple, which she loved. The whole staff was friendly and kind. This was our first trip with a baby, but we felt right at home, and the hotel provided a pack n play that was a huge help. The location worked perfectly, close to lots of restaurants and the mall, with the zoo not far away. The beds were comfortable, the blackout curtains were great, and breakfast in the morning was lovely. We also enjoyed the indoor pool, though it felt a little chilly when we first got in. We’d definitely stay again.

For a quick gameday stay, the location was just right. The property was nicely landscaped, with enough parking including ADA spaces. Our room was clean, the hotel stayed quiet in the evening, and the staff were helpful and friendly.
