The staff were kind and helpful, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was hot, with fresh waffle batter available so you could make your own. No complaints from me.

This place has gone downhill since Ramada closed. There were broken beer bottles by the entrance, outlets hanging out of the wall, and a strong chemical stink in our room. The manager wouldn't talk to me. They said there were photos of cigarette butts everywhere and smoke in the room, but wouldn't show them, and refused a refund after adding another $250 to my card. We didn't smoke there, and never smoke in hotel rooms. We respect other people and their space. This wasn't our first problem. Once, they gave our room away while we were out fishing. We came back and walked in on a naked older woman, who nearly had a heart attack. They moved us to a room without AC, then offered a second-floor room where I'd have had to carry an 85-year-old man up the stairs. I've stayed there four times in the last two years, and every time something went wrong. Manager, check your records. You scam people and have gotten away with it until now. I'd tell people with problems to contact the Nebraska attorney general. This place doesn't have a BBB or Yelp, because they don't want people reporting them. Choice Hotels is offering me free rooms in Branson because I'm a loyal customer who stayed at your hotel, so yes, your managers are doing such a great job they don't even know who their customers are. Save your money and the headache. Don't go to this dump.

We’ve been here a week and plan to come back next week, mostly for Maria’s, the hotel restaurant. The food and staff there are great, the prices are good, and I’m looking forward to trying the pizza next time. The hotel is a good deal for the price, with clean rooms, comfortable beds, hot water, and a nice breakfast. Staff have been accommodating too. The downside, as other reviews mention, is that the rooms feel really humid and have a smell.

Housekeeping Saynelis helped make sure my room was perfectly clean after my five-day stay. The room was very clean, and the linens were incredible. Everything else was perfect too, though I did have one complaint: the receptionist on duty looked disheveled, her clothes were out of place, and she had bad breath.
