SpringHill Suites Columbus Easton Area

Orpha and Breanna were at the front desk and clearly had a lot going on, but they still treated everyone so well. They were friendly, patient, and genuinely kind. Marriott should clone them for every hotel! My room was spotless and smelled fresh, and the bed was super comfortable, which meant a lot after a long day of travel for work. I had a really great stay and would happily come back. 10/10.

Everyone was friendly during my long stay, and Denise and Mark in particular made my time at the Springhill really nice. They drove the shuttle and did an amazing job, which meant a lot while I was there for work.

I booked a two-week stay and wasn't told anywhere that I had to check in by a certain time or the reservation would be cancelled. They cancelled it without contacting me, then charged me the full night's stay plus taxes and fees, adding up to what I'd pay for two nights. The service was horrible. Edit: nothing has changed. I'd expect a hotel to contact a guest before cancelling a reservation, but apparently hospitality isn't the focus everywhere.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and had lots of choices. The lobby and shared spaces were neat and very clean, and so was our room. Staff were efficient and accommodating.
