The breakfast had the best variety I've seen in a long time: biscuits and gravy, waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, and more. In the room, the sleeper sofa was dated but usable. The bathroom sink light was dim and could use a brighter fixture, maybe an LED. We also had to use two remotes for the TV, one to turn it on and another to find channels. One remote would make more sense.

My brother-in-law was first put in a dirty room, then moved to another one where there was blood and other “human fluids” on the floor and bed. He's now on his third room. Our own room had an active leak, no hot water, and just felt gross. The bathroom smelled strongly of bleach, and the pull-out couch looked like it had been there since the 1980s and seen a thing or two. The staff were very nice, but that doesn't make up for the problems. My father-in-law booked this for our family visit, and this is the only bad review I've ever left. I don't recommend staying here.

There were clothes hangers left on the couch when we got to our room, which was odd. The front desk associate who checked us in was caring and very nice, but the breakfast attendant watched us like a hawk. It made breakfast uncomfortable, especially after spending so much on the rooms.

Drew at the front desk was a 10/10, such a blessing, and an older woman in housekeeping was a doll. But my stay was a mess from the start. I was there for my son's Army graduation, arrived late, and was told my card would be charged in the morning because the clerk was closing out for the night. I said that was fine, then $310 came out of my account about 20 minutes later. She denied doing it and said they didn't know what happened but would fix it in the morning. The next day there was a $571 transaction, which my husband disputed. At check-in they didn't have a room ready and had to find one for me. It was semi-filthy, with used washcloths in the shower that had pubic hair on them, towels hanging there, and food and drinks in the fridge. The GM said he'd take care of the charges. That night the front desk woman asked why I'd complained about her and said I should come to her next time. Then another $120 was taken from my account. The hotel said they had no record of it. At the desk, the woman said she understood I was dealing with the GM and they'd help me. Later, a woman called my room demanding that I put my card on file because she had checked me in and would be blamed for the mess. I told her I wasn't comfortable doing that and that the GM had said I didn't need to. She replied that the hotel could eat the cost. At checkout, the GM never came out to discuss it. They said I owed $463 and had only removed the tax for the inconvenience. I was willing to pay for my stay, but said I wouldn't pay a dollar until the money was back in my account. They told me the charges were pending and would drop off, and said they'd already run the card the GM had saved. Glad they can do this to people and get away with it. Ultimately, stay away.
