I LOVE THIS PLACE! It’s been kept up and remodeled, and it shows. The room was extremely clean, parking was right outside the door, and the ice and drink machines were close by in a well-kept area. The front desk staff have always made me feel welcome.

I came to Columbus Georgia for my son's army graduation, after nearly three months without seeing him. By the time I arrived, I mostly spent the visit with the rest of the family. I checked into the hotel after 9pm, worn out and hoping to sleep. A few minutes after I lay down, something bit the back of my neck. I looked and found a huge bed bug. I’d never dealt with one before, and I tried to sleep anyway. I should have gone to the front desk to ask for another room. I barely slept, and in the morning I had bumps all over my body. On Monday I called the manager and notified the health department. The manager only reviewed the cameras when the health department arrived, then claimed I had a dog with me, which I did not, and denied my report, basically blaming me. The hotel was absolutely disgusting. I would not recommend it. Save yourself the trouble and pay a little more for somewhere better. I’ll add a few photos of the many bumps I woke up with.

We couldn't get a proper shower the next morning because the water never warmed up. When we reported it, all we got was “I'm sorry,” and nobody fixed it. The heater also wasn't working right on a 30 degree night, and reporting that didn't lead to any action either.

We paid $200 for what was advertised as a suite, but it wasn't one. There was a filthy love seat and one office chair to sit on, and I was nervous we'd bring bedbugs home. The room had one bath towel for two people and no washcloths. The bathroom had no hot water, and the panel above the door was filthy with nails exposed. The door dragged on the carpet and wouldn't close by itself. The blanket had several cigarette burns, the top sheet had holes, and the duvet was stained. When we arrived at 7pm, both employees were outside the office smoking. Half an hour later I called to ask for more towels, but no one answered at the front desk. They were probably outside again. I expected more for the price. We stayed one night on October 4, 2025. Don't make my mistake, stay somewhere else.
