Super 7 Motel

We booked, then realized right away that every room was for smoking. I was traveling with someone whose medical condition means they can't be around smoke. Even though I called weeks before check-in to cancel, they said the cancellation policy meant they couldn't do anything. That policy feels like a way to take advantage of people who don't know better when they book. Maybe they found someone else for our room and got paid twice. Avoid this dump.

The room was comfortable, though there were some bugs. The housekeeper wasn't very friendly, but maybe she was just having a rough day. When we thought we'd left a ring behind, Miss Tracy searched everywhere to help us find it. It turned out to be in the lining of our suitcase. The manager at check-in was very nice too. Thank you, Miss Tracy, for going above and beyond. You’re wonderful.

I called before booking through a third-party app because my cousin uses a wheelchair, has Spina bifida, and cannot walk. We needed a first-floor room and a shower chair. The woman I spoke with said she wasn’t sure whether they had extra chairs, but would leave a note and talk with management so one could be put in the room before we arrived. I checked that she really meant it, since people don’t usually go out of their way like that, and she reassured me it was no problem. On the day we were flying in, our flight was delayed, so I called to let them know we’d be late. Someone else told me they don’t have shower chairs at all and didn’t know why anyone would promise one. I was thrown off. I always check that we have what he needs before booking, and I didn’t know how to cancel through the app. Then I was told I’d get none of my money back. The manager said I was lying because it was her daughter who took my call and she knew her daughter would never say that. She also said we could still have checked in and showered there, using one of the plastic chairs in the room. I asked how I was supposed to know that when nobody told me, and she said she wouldn’t go back and forth or help me. I’ve never had such an awful experience.

Filthy everywhere, with crumbs and food in the bed. This was the most disgusting place I've ever stayed. I wouldn't stay here even for free. I wish I could post the pictures.
