The pool and pool room stayed at comfortable temperatures, and the hot tub was amazing. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast and refreshments had a good variety. It was winter when I visited, but the outdoor seating areas look lovely for summer. Doors were easy to reach wherever your room was, though the layout was a little confusing. I’d recommend it and would gladly return.

The staff at Staybridge were so friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room was spacious, comfortable, and modern, and the pool jacuzzi was ideal for relaxing. Breakfast had a nice range of standard choices and was a great start to the day. The local museums are very convenient to reach from here. Highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway with great service.

A kid-friendly place with great staff and a good breakfast. The rooms were tidy, the beds and pillows comfortable, and the Corning Museum is within walking distance. Downtown district is a three-minute drive away. We had a great stay.

For seven years, we’ve come to the Staybridge in Corning to celebrate the kids’ birthday. It’s sad to see a family-friendly place spoiled by how staff are treating guests this year. I didn’t get screamed at myself, but I watched staff speak to other guests in a completely unprofessional way. Walking through the courtyard or having coffee by the pool while watching your kids swim has never been an issue before. Now the staff seem out of control, and anyone in a common area should expect threats about what might get them removed without a refund. For $300-plus a night, stay here if you want staff talking to you like you’re one of their employees. I don’t know what’s gotten into the staff, or maybe the management.

The breakfast buffet in the morning was delicious, and the staff were friendly. It’s just minutes from the main streets with restaurants and shops, as well as the glass museum. Everything was very clean.
