Free parking made things much more convenient, and the service was excellent throughout. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. My stay at Holiday Inn was very pleasant, with renovated rooms that were clean, comfortable, and nicely done. It all went smoothly and was enjoyable.

We love this hotel enough to hold our events there. Everyone is kind, professional, considerate of our needs, and easy to work with. Nicole, the event coordinator, is one of the most amazing people you'll meet there. The staff are attentive and gracious. Absolutely one of the best hotels I've stayed in!

I've visited this hotel a few times, and each time in the last two years the pool has been out of service. The location is isolated, so food, shopping, and entertainment are limited, especially on foot. Lyft or Uber is probably the best way to get around. My room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig with both coffee and tea pods. The lobby is large, open, and welcoming, with lots of places to sit. There are large game cards on some small table seating areas, cornhole stations, what looks like a bar near the lobby center, and a separate bar area with stools and other seating to the right. Local artist paintings are displayed on a wall. To its left is the entrance to a separate open breakfast dining room. On this February 2026 stay, I finally tried breakfast and chose the three-egg build-your-own omelet. The waiter told me the hotel will phase out all à la carte choices in the coming months and offer only a buffet. The omelet and other à la carte items will remain at select Holiday Inn hotels. We'd driven all day from San Antonio for a family funeral and had already booked another hotel. It looked cared for and the staff seemed cheerful, but we left at midnight after finding unexpected visitors on our beds. Exhausted and emotionally drained, we couldn't find another available room and just wanted somewhere decent to rest before the funeral. I called this hotel, and the overnight attendant working 2/17 to 2/18 was exceptional. He told us rooms were available, and we were able to book what we needed. His manners and professionalism were outstanding. The hotel had recently been renovated and looked clean and well cared for. We got a restful night and can't wait to visit again!
