I was here for a job and didn’t choose the hotel. During my two-week stay, my room was cleaned only three times, and each time something was wrong. Garbage from under the kitchen sink was left behind, and the towels weren’t right. On the second night I saw a roach crawling on the wall in my room. There was also a dead one in the lobby that nobody picked up. It was still there the next morning when I went to work. The front desk wasn’t much help. I wish I’d taken pictures of the roaches to share. The washers worked well and the location was okay, but there are other hotels to choose from. I won’t come back, and I hope this helps someone avoid being disappointed.

The hotel was very clean, the staff polite, and the renovations look beautiful. The location is convenient too. The pool was under renovation and the Social Hour was awful, but IHG corporate ultimately made sure I was satisfied without any fuss.

We felt well cared for all the way from check-in through checkout, and would happily come back or recommend the hotel. Julian and Mariah were especially professional, and the rest of the staff were warm and welcoming. Our room had plenty of space and was well equipped for a quick night or a longer stay. The afternoon social and breakfast both had very good food, which was a nice bonus.

I’m very disappointed. I’ve stayed with IHG for 18 years and I’m a diamond elite member, but after using my points here, they kept my $50 deposit. They say there was a coffee stain on the sheet. I didn’t bring coffee into the room, and I left early in the morning, so they may have the wrong room. I’ll never stay there again. We have 250 employees who use IHG, and I’ll make sure they avoid this location. I’m going to call IHG and report what I believe was a scam.

The location is good and quiet, and the rooms are clean. Since renovations are underway, some services aren’t available. The bathroom vent fan didn’t work, and some of the breakfast buffet items were cold. I’d give it 3.5 stars.
