The accessibility problem was the worst part. Getting to the first floor meant climbing three full flights of stairs, with no elevator or ramp, and that hadn't been made clear. My mother has had two knee replacements and couldn't physically get to the room. The shower was dirty, the sheets didn't look clean, and the toiletries were already used and half empty. When we raised the issues, the host gave us little help and barely communicated. Anyone with mobility limitations should carefully check access details before booking.

We loved being upgraded to a room facing the beach, and I'd definitely come back. The location is great, close to the beach, restaurants, and gift shops. My only annoyances were minor: there was no main light, just two lamps, and the hallway lights shone into the room at night even through the curtains.

We booked at the last minute and they were very accommodating. The front desk staff were kind and helpful, and the room was clean and well kept. It was also close to the beach and had a great ocean view.

The pool and the view were both beautiful, and the young woman and man working there were professional and very accommodating. The hotel is a little outdated, but it was super clean. This is my favorite hotel in Corpus Christi, and I'll definitely stay again.

The shower had good pressure and got hot, and it's within walking distance of the USS Lexington. That's about all I can praise, apart from the pool, since there were no other amenities. They charged me a $100 deposit at check-in, which ate into the limited money I had for the trip. The mattress felt like a fancy box spring, the TV worked only on the first night, and the AC sounded like an old V8 trying to start. I wish I'd picked somewhere else for the one vacation I get every two or three years.
