The breakfast was great, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool was very warm, and they usually kept it stocked with towels, which is a nice change since hotels with pools often run out. I wish there’d been a hot tub, but the warm pool made up for that. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable, so I’d stay again. It was noisy from the interstate and other hotel rooms. My daughter was exhausted and crying when I stepped out to get something from the car. She wanted me, not her dad, and I could hear her three doors down by the elevator.

Our vehicle broke down, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us during the unexpected extended stay. Lauren, Cyndee, and everyone else made sure we had what we needed. The service was among the best we’ve had at a hotel. It’s easy to get to the highways, and there are lots of dining choices nearby. We’ll come back the next time we’re in the area. Thanks to the whole team!

Lauren was absolutely amazing during my stay from Dec 1st to Feb 10th. The big finale, though, was that a housekeeper stole my diamond earrings from the dresser. I’d had them for years, kept them on top of their velvet bag, and forgot them one morning before work. When I got back, the beds were made without wrinkles and my bear was placed neatly on the pillow. I knew someone had been in my room, and the earrings were gone. A gentleman had cleaned our room before and basically never touched or moved our things. I reported it to the front desk, Lauren tried to help, and I called the police and filed a report. I demanded they check the cameras. It turned out that the only person in my room that day was a female housekeeper. I later found out the name she used wasn’t even her real name. Who was in our room? I don’t know what the police did. I lost $1,500.00, got no compensation, and was told nothing. I asked them not to let anyone else in my room, so I cleaned it and changed the linens myself. There were a lot of other problems during those months. Vehicles were broken into at least once or twice a month, and one week someone’s vehicle was hit two days in a row. Dog poop was everywhere, dogs barked all night, and couples fought in the hallway all night long. The walls seemed to have no insulation. The beds were old and lumpy with springs poking into my back. Lauren helped me trade out my mattress, but I still had to buy a mattress topper. I’ll keep copying and pasting this story once a month in hopes of saving someone from a break-in or from having personal belongings gone through and stolen. My $1,500.00 earrings are gone.

New carpeting was a nice bonus, and the location is handy, close to I29 with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The receptionist was incredibly kind, maybe the nicest I’ve ever met. I really appreciated her patience, 10/10.
