June is so sweet and friendly, and Karissa and Patty were great too. The manager, kevin, has been very helpful. The staff are incredible, and I’d highly recommend this location. It’s close to downtown but across the river, so there’s no noise.

I’ve stayed here twice now, and I’ll come back when I visit my brother in Covington, who lives about a mile away. I might even use it again this summer while I look for an apartment. I like having a front desk and people around, especially since I usually live alone. Airbnb isn’t for me. The location is fantastic. The city bus stops out front and can take you to Cincinnati, the airport, and other places. There are lots of restaurants within a block, and Kroger is less than two miles away. I used Instacart, which delivers anywhere. There’s also an in-house laundromat, a small kitchen with a full-size fridge, microwave, and two-burner stovetop, though there’s no oven. My room had a big-screen TV, the heater worked great, and the staff were friendly. The grab-and-go breakfast is pretty basic, just coffee, instant oatmeal, and Nutri-Grain bars, but I paid only $455 with tax for seven nights, so I wasn’t expecting much. There wasn’t any housekeeping during the week, which didn’t bother me. I don’t like daily room service and didn’t need towels or fresh bedding, though I’m sure I could’ve asked if I did. I used the hotel’s app to make the reservation. The only real annoyance was the microwave sitting on a low shelf instead of the counter. I’m 73 and six feet tall, so I had to bend down to use it. I’m not disabled, but I’m afraid of falling in bathtubs and showers, so the accessible room’s grab bars, shower chair, and walk-in shower seemed nice. I can see why people live here. I checked the monthly rates too, and they looked even more reasonable than my weekly price.

Dear owner, my name is Terrance flagg. I’ve stayed at the exstened stay in Covington at 650 W 3rd St, Covington, KY 41011 a few times, booking through hot-wire and Expedia. I reserved a room on Friday Jan 30,2026 and stayed until Saturday Jan 31 2026. At 7 a.m. Saturday, I turned on the light and saw a bed bug crawling on my sheet. I caught it in a cup and told the woman at the front desk. She came up and inspected the bed, then said I had put the bug there. I was shocked and could barely speak. They refused to refund me. I’m reaching out to you and asking to be notified about this matter.

Our group booked a room at this Extended Stay in Covington, KY so we could briefly decorate and give presents to a community member. While the room purchase was being completed, we waited quietly and respectfully. Even after we explained why we were there, the front desk clerk told us we couldn’t stay on the property and had to leave, or the police would be called. They could have handled it more professionally with straightforward communication and basic courtesy.
