The room decor was my favorite part, and it was so quiet, maybe because of the heavy drapery. I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel. Alyssa provided excellent customer service and was an absolute sweetie. Thanks also to Michael in valet, Miranda, and Kayne. I’ll be back!

I slept without any trouble, which is unusual for me since I normally hear neighboring rooms. The hotel was very soundproof, and the staff were kind and friendly. It was a beautiful, spacious place, with a clean, super comfortable bed. I’d definitely stay here again.

The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed, and the service was attentive and consistent throughout our stay. The place feels upscale without being stuffy, with a nice blend of historic charm and modern comfort. It would be nice to highlight more of the building’s history, since that gives the experience something distinctive.

Hotel Covington was suggested to me as a better choice than the hotel I first planned to book for a nearby conference, and I’m glad I took the advice. It’s a beautiful hotel in a nice location, with restaurants, cafes, pubs, and more an easy walk away. I registered fairly late, so getting everything sorted was a bit of a challenge. Still, every staff member I dealt with, by phone, email, or in person during the stay, was fabulous. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
