The room was much cleaner than I expected, and the place was nice and quiet. I got my money’s worth, with lots of restaurants within walking distance and plenty of free parking. The receptionist at the front desk was pleasant, professional, and accommodating. I’ll definitely come back.

I’d spent a month looking for somewhere reasonably priced with clean rooms, good service, and a convenient trip to both the airport and cruise port. This place turned out to be a gem: great customer service, clean rooms, good prices, and only minutes from the airport. I booked it right after my first stay for the night we return from our cruise. 10/10, I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a nice, reasonably priced room while traveling.

The AC was the biggest annoyance. It runs on a motion sensor and shut off a couple of times while I was asleep, leaving me warm and stuffy. I had to get up and move around to turn it back on, which is rough if you’re a light sleeper or like a cool room. The beds could also be a little bigger. Still, it’s a good value for a layover or business trip, and I’d book again if they added a manual AC override. Check-in and checkout were quick and easy, with welcoming staff who sorted everything out in minutes. The free shuttle to and from Miami International Airport was on time and reliable both ways, and the driver was friendly. The location is convenient, with Chipotle, Starbucks, and local restaurants a short drive away. There’s also a nice park nearby for a walk or jog after a flight. My suite felt clean and well cared for, with good space and a handy mini-kitchenette. Free laundry was a plus, too.

We were told to think of this hotel as an apartment, and that’s how the service felt. I liked my room, and the laundry and gym were really nice, but the guest services listed online went beyond what was actually offered. We were denied towel and bedding service and told those services weren’t available daily, only weekly or monthly. Staff said they wouldn’t bring anything to the room even though we’d had a procedure, and that I needed help or someone with me to go down to the desk for anything I needed. A maid attendant also refused to take my trash or let me leave it outside the room. Even though she was cleaning rooms on my floor, she wanted me to walk it to the trash instead of using her cart bin. For what we paid, the guest service didn’t match what we expected or what was advertised. If you’re coming to Florida for a procedure, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
