Front Street Inn

The room needed repairs and a serious cleaning. The wood floor was so sticky and dirty I threw away my socks, the bathroom grout was moldy, some floorboards were lifting, and the bathroom paint was peeling. There was no coffee, despite it being advertised. Dead bug remains covered the window sill, and since there's no AC, only a heater and a wall-mounted fan, you'd need to open the windows. There were also stains on the walls and cabinets that might have been blood or feces. When I went out to smoke and dump the trash, there was a homeless guy in the dumpster. We left within 20 minutes because we were disgusted and booked somewhere else. I'm still waiting for my deposit back, and since I complained, I suspect they'll keep it.

I haven't been well, but getting outside and walking around here has been refreshing, and it was a welcome break from the heat in Paradise. The property is next to a lovely park, and the managers are sweet and keep everything clean. We plan to come back soon. Thanks for the relief. Love ya 😘

This was our second stay, and the room was clean again. They've been accommodating with what we've asked for, including extra towels. We also needed extra pillows, and they got them for us after just a few minutes, with no fuss.

The check-in woman was very nice, and at a quick glance the room seemed okay. Once we tried to settle in, though, we found hair on the beds and pillows, plus hair inside the sheets. The mattress cover had stains, and the window sill was covered with dead bugs. There's no AC, just a heater, though there is a wall-mounted fan. Some wall and cabinet stains looked like they might be blood or feces. We couldn't stand it and left within 20 minutes to book somewhere else. If you're only looking for a place to crash and aren't concerned about possible sanitation issues, you might be fine. PS, don't test it with a black light.
