Oceanview Inn

Ryan at the Ocean View Inn front desk made check-in easy and took care of a last-minute second night in the same room, so we didn't have to check out and back in. He even let me pull up out front to unload our bags and help my wife get safely to the room. Really kind and professional. Our room was comfortable and modern, with a cozy bed, an updated bathroom, and an actual ocean view. You can hear the distant foghorn from the lighthouse, and I'm looking forward to opening the window tonight for the sea sound and cool breeze. The lobby has lovely winter decorations and feels welcoming. The bright, spacious parking lot also made arrival feel safe. A really good stay, and I'd recommend it.

We had an ocean-facing room, and the window opened for fresh air. The shore is a short walk away, though we could hear the ocean from the hotel. Everything was clean and worked well, and the water pressure was great. Breakfast was included and pretty good. The staff were all nice and professional, and shops and restaurants are only a few minutes away. We enjoyed our time at the Ocean View Inn and hope to come back soon! 😃👍

For our Crescent City trips, Ocean View Inn is going to be our place. My husband and I spent two nights there for our second anniversary, and we loved room 320, with its views of the ocean and Battery Point Lighthouse. The continental breakfast was awesome: fluffy eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and waffle batter so you can make your own waffles. The coffee machine also had mocha, latte, and cappuccino, plus hot water for tea, which I appreciated. Friendly, knowledgeable staff too. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😊❤️

The building could use a good paint job, especially around the entrance. I've stayed here several times and it's not a bad place, but for what they charge, they could replace the old carpet and update the rooms.
