Best Western of Crestview

Sachit made my check-in feel warm and personal, and even offered to bring the luggage cart back down after I took my bags to the room. That kind of thoughtful service stood out. The hotel was modern, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I travel a lot for work and usually stay at places like Hilton's, but I booked here based on the online reviews and was glad I did. Google shows it as a two-star hotel, which can't be right. I've stayed at several five-star places and haven't had accommodation or service like this. Thanks, Sachit, for being such a kind and thoughtful host. I'll recommend this place and stay again when I'm in the area.

We loved our room. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and very nice, so we'd definitely stay again if we're back in Crestview. The parking lot was clean and well lit, and the place is close to restaurants, a gas station, and the interstate. Mrs Kelly at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

The staff were super nice, though it seemed like they were short staffed. The rooms looked clean, but we were short on towels and there wasn't any extra toilet paper. The dining room chairs weren't clean, and breakfast wasn't very good. No

My wife stopped here for the night while traveling to Louisiana and arrived around 2:15, but check-in wasn't until 3:00, so they made her wait. She was alone with two dogs. We're Diamond members with Best Western, and you'd think that might come with a perk or two. This is one of the few Best Westerns that also charges a security deposit, and they charged for cleaning for both dogs. I think one pet fee is enough. We were very disappointed. We've stayed here several times over the past few months, but we won't be back.
