Grace at the front desk made a huge difference after our long, stressful day of moving and driving. She was kind and understanding, and helped us figure out parking for our truck and trailer. The room and facilities were great, and we appreciated the free water bottles and the personal note from the cleaning staff. Parking for a larger truck with a trailer wasn't ideal, so on that alone I'd have given it four stars. The service more than made up for it. One of my best IHG stays, and I'd recommend it to anyone passing through.

We had a big, comfortable bed, a separate bedroom area, and a sofa where we could sit and watch TV. The room also had two TVs, free Wi-Fi, coffee and tea, a microwave, stove, iron and ironing board, and a safe. Breakfast was great and served from 6 to 10, and dogs are welcome. I'd definitely stay here again.

The complimentary breakfast was so good, which is rare for me at a hotel, and the staff were wonderful. Our room was cozy and really clean, and we slept so well. We were just driving through town, but now we're planning to come back. A friend who's traveling soon is thinking of stopping here too. Not sure how this place doesn't have all five stars!

The room was quiet and spotless, and the beds were comfortable enough for a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and ready to help throughout my stay. It made for a really comfortable, easy visit.

The parking lot is a bit small, but John and George were incredibly helpful. Nearly at 10pm, they worked with me to find a place for my long travel trailer. They were so nice about it, and that kind of willingness to help people is hard to come by. Five star service!
