Zone LUXE

After three years here, I have good memories and have appreciated some of the effort, but lately the complex has been a letdown. The gates aren’t secure, the side gates are broken, and people without homes are getting onto the property. Outside lights are broken or missing, so walking around can feel unsafe. The garbage area is consistently dirty. Trash left outside units by renters or Airbnb guests is leading to violation notices for tenants, even though those renters are responsible. We pay for amenities and security, but those things aren’t being maintained. I wouldn’t call this a luxury community. I wish management would ask residents what needs fixing and then actually make those changes.

The complex was really clean, and the amenities were top tier. Adryanne showed us around this past Saturday as we get ready to move to Arizona. The tour was the most professional one we had on the whole trip, and she explained everything thoroughly, both about the property and the surrounding Glendale area.

The place we were given had a broken washer, and the master bedroom toilet didn’t work either, so a three-bedroom unit with just one working toilet wasn’t great. Customer care said someone would come fix the washer on day three, but nobody showed up, and we had to wash clothes in the bathtub. The patio also had dirty tissues and cigarette butts. A week before check-in, our original reservation was moved because of maintenance, and getting a replacement was a mess. They eventually assigned us a completely different property. We had confirmed early check-in for 1pm, but when we arrived at 3pm, the door code didn’t work. Customer care first said we were early, then gave us the code after realizing our early arrival was confirmed. There are plenty of Airbnb options nearby. I’d skip this company, they clearly have more units than they can manage.
